About Yukti AI

Yukti means a clever, intelligent solution — and that's what we build. Yukti AI started from a pattern we kept seeing: growing Indian businesses run on a tangle of Excel files, Tally and manual WhatsApp, and it works right up until it doesn't — numbers stop matching, reports take days, and no one has the full picture.

Off-the-shelf ERP and CRM software doesn't fix it, because it makes you change how you work to fit its screens. So we do the opposite: we study how a business actually runs, then build one system around it — with an AI layer that reads the data, briefs the owner every day, flags what's going wrong, and runs the repetitive work. Software that thinks with you, not just software that stores your data.

The founder

Yukti AI is founded and run by Paras Dhankecha, who personally designs and builds the systems we deliver — from WhatsApp AI sales agents to full ERP and CRM platforms. Every project is architected and shipped hands-on, from the first workflow audit to go-live and support.

His work spans custom ERP and CRM for manufacturers, jewellers and traders, diamond trading software, Shopify stores, WhatsApp AI agents such as Arjun, and voice AI payment-reminder calls. He works with clients in Hindi, Gujarati and English.

Before Yukti AI, Paras ran a web development company. He started Yukti AI after seeing the same pattern in business after business: owners keeping their data in Excel, Google Sheets or paper registers, unable to analyse any of it, repeating the same manual tasks every day — and many not automating anything at all. Yukti AI exists to bring AI into small and mid-sized businesses the right way: we audit how the business runs, fix and set up the workflow first, and only then build the AI layer on top of it.

Yukti AI has designed and delivered systems across several industries. A few we can walk you through:

• Jewellery & diamond — Lumera (a full jewellery ERP/CRM that now generates the brand's customer invoices), Surati Jewellery Factory (CRM with a two-way WhatsApp inbox), Shinelabb (product master & WhatsApp catalogue).
• Diamond trading — a diamond trading platform for a Surat diamond export house (its daily Excel stock list turned into one live stock book, a private portal and price for each buyer, and timed holds).
• Packaging — a corrugated box ERP for Gujarat Print & Pack with a box costing engine for ply, GSM, BF and flute, job cards, paper stock, QC and dispatch.
• Events and hospitality — an event management platform for destination weddings and MICE.
• Hardware and trading — a hardware shop ERP with KG to PCS stock, rack bins, challans, ledgers and payroll.
• Roofing and metal sheets — an ERP, CRM and accounting system for a roofing sheet manufacturer with rate approval, coil stock and order-wise profit.
• Cable TV and broadband — an ERP and CRM for a cable and broadband operator: tickets, field app, router and STB stock, deposits and renewals.
• Shopify stores — Shinelabb (a custom Shopify store for lab-grown diamond and moissanite jewellery), Miswah Jewellery (a custom Shopify theme, with 77 collections created by script), La Yellow Berry (a catalogue and WhatsApp ordering app inside the Shopify store of a Surat homemade bakery and chocolate brand), Backdrop India (an app-style catalogue storefront inside its existing Shopify store).
• Manufacturing — Splenzo Polyfab (an AI command centre for a PP woven-bag plant), Maven Lift (site-survey-to-quotation system for a lift manufacturer), The Box Factory, ZUNOWA, Wewok (a garment manufacturing ERP for a Surat sportswear brand) and Jisha Label (a label printing ERP and print MIS).
• Retail, textile & trading — Backdrop (custom apparel inventory), a B2B WhatsApp + web ordering system, and a textile design-catalogue visual-search system. The textile system is AI image similarity search for a Surat textile design house, which finds saree, suit and dupatta designs by a fabric photo or a typed description.
• Travel — tour operator software for a group that runs three affiliated travel companies (one lead bank for all three companies, Budget-to-Grand tier quotations, WhatsApp vendor confirmation and a contract-rate vendor ledger).
• Architecture & interiors — an ERP + CRM for a turnkey architecture and interior design firm (BOQ quotations, drawing approvals, site tracking and milestone payments).
• Booking apps — Society Auto, an auto rickshaw booking app for a private residential society in Gujarat, with member, driver and society admin sides and round-robin ride dispatch.
• AI agents — Arjun, a WhatsApp AI sales agent running our own sister business, and Sureja, a payment-reminder voice AI.

The Shopify stores, the diamond trading platform, the tour operator software, the architecture firm ERP + CRM, the textile visual search and Society Auto each took about 7 days of build work. Yukti AI also offers this work as two services from its Surat office: Shopify store development and diamond software.

How we build

Consistent stack across projects: Next.js and TypeScript on the front end, Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage, row-level security) for data, Vercel for hosting, the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API for messaging, n8n for automation, and GPT and Gemini for the AI layer — with Exotel and OpenAI's realtime API for voice work. Modern, production-grade tools, chosen so a business can run on the system, not just demo it.
