Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 23 July 2026. This page explains what data Yukti AI collects through WhatsApp and our CRM software, and how you can request that it be permanently deleted.

1. Why this page exists

Yukti AI ("Yukti AI", "we", "us", "our") uses the official WhatsApp Business API (via Meta) to power our AI chatbot and our CRM software's WhatsApp inbox. Meta requires every business using the WhatsApp Business API to publish clear instructions for how a user can request deletion of their data. This page is that notice — for our general privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.

2. What data we collect

  • WhatsApp data: your WhatsApp phone number, name, and the content/history of messages exchanged with our chatbot or support team.
  • Contact details: name, phone number, email address, and business information (company name, city) you share via our contact form, website chat, or WhatsApp.
  • CRM data: if you're a lead or customer managed in our CRM, we store your contact record, message history, pipeline/lead status, an AI-generated summary of your conversation, and drip/follow-up campaign enrollment.

3. How to request deletion

Send us a deletion request using either method below:

  • WhatsApp: message +91 95862 55455 with the text "DELETE MY DATA".
  • Email: write to support@yuktiai.net from the email address (or mention the WhatsApp number) associated with your data, with the subject "Delete My Data".

Please include the WhatsApp number or email address your data is registered under, so we can locate and verify the correct record before deleting it.

4. What happens next

We process every deletion request within 7 business days. Once processed, we permanently delete from our systems (hosted on Supabase):

  • Your contact/lead record
  • Your WhatsApp chat/message history with us
  • Your CRM account and any associated drip/automation enrollment

We'll confirm on the same channel (WhatsApp or email) once deletion is complete. Some information may be retained where required by law — for example, invoices or payment records needed for tax/accounting compliance — even after a deletion request, in line with the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
